I've been writing for as far back as I can remember. Used to get good grades for it, in school. After school, I didn't have an audience any more, so I just did it for my personal enjoyment. Many years later, I fell in love with a sci-fi TV show called Farscape and searched the web for more info on it.

I found a simpatico website filled with fanfic and started reading. Inevitably, I started writing and posting my own fanfic as 'chaz', for which I've won over a dozen amateur awards, including Best New Author and Best Author (3rd place) the following year in a much stiffer field of competition. They're clustered on these two pages, if you enjoy sci-fi and want to check it out for yourself.

Earlier this year I started a website called Healthier Organics and have spent a considerable amount of time in a ongoing effort to fill it with good, informative content for those interested in organic gardening and other 'green' topics.

Simultaneously, I started writing web content and website reviews for Igomogul.com, the company that built the website for me. This has given me the confidence to branch out and try my luck here at Suite 101. I'm really looking forward to the challenge, and hope to become a Featured Writer someday.

I also look forward to 'meeting' some of the other authors here, and possibly including some of your compatible articles at Healthier Organics.

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to read my profile.
